Installation details to review
- Standard opening is 22.125 inches wide, 15.5625 inches high and at least 23.5 inches deep, within a cabinet at least 24 inches wide. Maximum tolerances are unknown; larger openings still require trim and mounting review.
- Install the required anti-tip block and four supplied mounting screws. Manual page 7 positions the 6-inch block 14.8125 inches above the support floor; follow the complete drawing and fastening instructions.
- The support floor must be solid, level and capable of supporting 100 lb. Keep the drawing’s side/top/bottom overlaps and countertop clearance; leave room for the drawer to extend 15 inches.
- For an extended countertop, check access to the control panel using the page 3 drawing. Locate the grounded outlet in the permitted area or adjacent cabinet within cord reach.
- Electrical supply: 120 V, 60 Hz AC, protected at 15 A or more; a dedicated circuit is recommended. Use a properly grounded three-prong receptacle, without an extension cord.
- Flush mounting requires separate instructions and a flush-mount deflector vent. Do not use this standard opening comparison for flush mounting or infer an approved combination with another appliance.
