Why the original part number may have changed
GE’s GDT580SSF0SS lower-rack diagram points the older WD12X10435 wheel to WD12X26146. It also sends multiple old carrier and cover numbers to WD01X35298. That is why a wheel, a carrier kit and a complete rack should not be treated as the same purchase. Follow the manufacturer’s current replacement chain and check what the package contains.
Shared wheels do not mean shared baskets
GE’s exact-revision diagrams for GDT580SSF0SS, GDT580SSF8SS and GDF520PGJ2WW all lead to roller WD12X26146 and carrier kit WD01X35298. But GDF520PGJ2WW uses basket WD28X22621, while the two GDT580 revisions lead to WD28X22867. GDT580SSF8SS also lists clip WD12X20171 at diagram 695. Open the manufacturer evidence on each card to compare the specific parts and replacement chains.
