Both owner-center pages list GPF3RACK and a manufacture period beginning in August 2018. GE’s current kit page lists selected plastic- and stainless-tub families; its support article excludes plastic-tub models produced before 2018. These are limits to check, not a rule that every newer dishwasher accepts this kit.

Have GE confirm the complete appliance label and current kit instructions. Check that the machine does not already have the rack and that the changed loading space suits your dishes. A third rack is separate from a replacement upper rack, cup shelf or basket.
