The standard space between adjacent cabinets is explicitly 30 inches. The drawing also depicts microwave height and upper-cabinet depth, which are not treated as generic opening-height/depth requirements. Mounting elevation and cooking-surface clearance are separate facts.

Installation details to review
- Verify wall studs, mounting plate, upper-cabinet fastening, power-cord routing and venting direction.
- Standard upper cabinet depth is at most 13 inches. A 15-inch cabinet requires the separately specified JX15BUMPWW/BB kit and additional steps; confirm exact kit finish and model compatibility.
- Wider-than-30-inch cabinet spacing needs an approved filler configuration and installer review.
- Verify the permitted range width and gas-burner-output combination in the manufacturer instructions.
