Your measurements stay in your browser.

The lookup calculates results on your device. It does not send your opening measurements to us or create an account. Optional saving and sharing work as described below; they do not create a visitor identifier.

Optional saved shortlists

Save on this device stores your opening measurements and feature preferences in this browser's local storage only after you choose it. Restore checks them against the current catalog. Delete saved shortlist removes that saved copy. Shared links include these measurements and preferences in the URL fragment; share them only with people you want to receive them. Email shortlist opens your own email application and does not send mail through DishwasherFit. Your email provider processes any message you choose to send.

Optional email updates

When email subscriptions are available, you can choose buying or parts/installation guides and explicitly request a confirmation email. Only confirmed subscribers receive their selected topics. We store the email address, selected topics, consent date/version, subscription status and delivery records in a separate Cloudflare database table. Resend processes the address and message to deliver email. We do not include kitchen measurements in these records or emails, sell the list, or use email opens as site analytics. Every update includes an unsubscribe link; you can also contact [email protected]. Unconfirmed requests older than 30 days are removed during subsequent signup processing. Unsubscribed addresses are retained to prevent further sending unless you request deletion or explicitly subscribe again. We keep aggregate daily sending limits to reduce abuse without storing IP addresses. These occasional content updates are not live price or stock alerts. If subscriptions show unavailable, the form does not collect your email.

Analytics

On the production site, we send successful homepage shortlist submissions and store clicks from homepage cards, comparison tables and buying-guide cards, plus store-link clicks on the parts page, to an endpoint hosted on Cloudflare. We keep daily aggregate counts: the action, whether the search used the form or a preset/guide, a coarse result-count group (zero, 1–3 or 4-plus), and—for appliance store clicks—the model, retailer and placement. Parts-page store clicks record only the listed part number, retailer and placement, not the model or part number you type into the parts search. Those searches, third-rack checks and installation-checklist choices run in your browser. We do not collect their inputs or checked items, and these tools do not save them after reloading. We do not send kitchen measurements, full page URLs, full referring URLs, names or email addresses with these events. The request identifies this site’s origin only, and our counter database does not store IP addresses, individual event timestamps or visitor identifiers. No analytics cookies or analytics local storage are used. Optional shortlist storage is separate from analytics. Browsers signaling Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control do not send these events. Preview sites do not collect them. These are action counts, not counts of unique people or sales; repeated actions and automated traffic can affect them.

Cloudflare performance monitoring

Cloudflare also adds its performance-monitoring script to the live site. This sends page-loading measurements, page and referring URLs, and a temporary page-load identifier to Cloudflare. It is separate from our search and click counters. Cloudflare says this script does not use cookies or browser storage. See Cloudflare’s data collection description. The Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control behavior described above applies to our action counters; we do not claim it controls Cloudflare’s separate script.

Hosting and external websites

A hosting provider may process ordinary request information, such as IP address and browser details, when serving a public site. This site is served through Cloudflare Pages; Cloudflare processes requests according to its privacy policy. Following a manufacturer or retailer link takes you to a separate website with its own privacy practices.

Links marked affiliate may earn us a commission if you make a qualifying purchase, at no extra cost to you. As an Amazon Associate I earn from qualifying purchases. Unmarked links are ordinary links. The affiliate network and retailer may use tracking for that referral. Payment never changes our measurements, fit decisions or ordering.

For corrections or privacy questions, contact [email protected]. Email sent to this address is forwarded by Cloudflare Email Routing to our Google Gmail inbox. Both providers process the message to deliver and store it.

Collection campaigns

Collection views and retailer clicks also contribute daily aggregate counters. These record the published collection, its predefined campaign, a channel such as Instagram or Pinterest, and the selected product and store for a click. Only predefined campaign and channel values are accepted; arbitrary URL values are discarded. We do not store full URLs, referring URLs, visitor identifiers or browsing histories. These counters respect Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control and remain disabled in previews. They measure page loads and clicks, not unique shoppers, purchases or commission.

Local installation searches

The local-help tool prepares Google Maps links from a city or ZIP you enter. It does not save this input, send it to our action counters or include your measurements and shortlist. Google receives the search when you open a Maps link. If an optional embedded map is available, it loads only after you choose Load Google map; Google then receives the search and ordinary connection information such as your IP address. Closing a map stops displaying it but does not undo information already sent. Google and the official dealer sites have their own privacy practices. We do not receive your search results or collect leads from this tool.

Dishwasher quote planner

The installation-cost comparison tool calculates totals in your browser from amounts you enter. It does not transmit or save those amounts. The same tool can be embedded by installers; the visitor’s entries remain in their browser and are not sent to DishwasherFit. The embed does not create a referral, lead-sharing or endorsement relationship.
